Add contact form to your blogger web site

Contact form is a basic requirement of a website. there are lots of contact form scripts are available but not secure there are phone to hacked. Google Contact forms are the easiest  and secure way to create contact form. it allows  the visitor  contact you , without revealing your email address.

Step 01 - Go to Google drive

Step 02 - Select "Create"

Step 03 - Select Form & Click on "Form"

Step 04 - Choose title and theme then press "OK"

Step 05 - Type question title as "Name"

Step 06 

1 - Select question type as "Text" 

2 - Tick the required question check box

3 - Click on "Done"

Step 07 - Click on "Add item"
1 - Type question title as "Email"

2 - Tick on requestion check box to make required field 

3 - Click on Advanced Settings 

Step 08 

1 - Tick the data validation check box

2 - Select "Text" on the combo box

3 - Select "Email" on the 2nd combo box & click on "Done"

Step 09 - Click on "Add item"

1 - Type question title as "Message" & Tick on requestion check box to make required field 

2 - Press done

Step 10 - On confirmation page

1 - Type your message that you want to show when form sent 

2 - Press Send form

Step 11 

1 - Click on "Embed" to get iframe code

Step 12 - On  blogger contact page

1 - Copy and Paste form iframe code to your blogger contact page
