application blocked by security settings Java applets

I got this error when I work with Java Applet. finally i got exact solutions for this error it happens when 

An application without a certificate, or missing application Name and Publisher information are blocked by default. Running this kind of application is potentially unsafe and present higher level of risk. you can by pass this security issue follow these steps

go to control panel click on Java icon then go to Java control panel click on security tab set the security setting to medium

applets are blocked when the security level setting in the Java Control Panel is set to High or Very High.
