A DNS entry for the domain already exists

Have you seen the following error when trying to add an addon domain to hosting account cpanel

 "a dns entry for the domain "yourdomain.com" already exists"  

This is a common error that occurs when there is a pre-existing DNS record or domain.  if there is a DNS record already added for the sub domain that you are trying to add you will get the error like this.

To resolve this issue Follow these steps

Step 01
check you have already added  a subdomain with same name 

Step 02
then delete the sub domain 

Step 03
then add your new domain 

You are done...!
